These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the games, apps, and website provided by Five Lazy LLC ("Five Lazy," "we," "us"). By downloading, installing, or using our games or this website, you agree to these Terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our games for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. Your use is also subject to Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, tamper with, cheat in, or otherwise misuse our games, and not to use them in violation of any applicable law.

Intellectual property

Our games and everything in them — including code, artwork, characters, audio, and the Five Lazy name and logo — are owned by Five Lazy LLC or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you no rights to them except the limited license above.

Purchases

Any optional purchases are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. Please direct refund requests to Apple.

Disclaimer

Our games and website are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Five Lazy LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or relating to your use of our games or website.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which Five Lazy LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
