These terms cover your use of Five Lazy LLC's games, apps, and this website. By using them, you agree to these terms.

License

We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use our games for your own entertainment. Your use is also covered by Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

Don't reverse engineer, tamper with, or cheat in our games, and don't use them to break the law.

Ownership

Our games and everything in them, including the code, art, audio, and the Five Lazy name, belong to Five Lazy LLC or its licensors. These terms don't give you any rights to them beyond the license above.

Purchases

Apple sells and processes any optional purchases through the App Store, under Apple's terms and refund policies. Send refund requests to Apple.

No warranty

Our games and website are provided "as is," with no warranties, to the extent the law allows.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Five Lazy LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our games or website.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state where Five Lazy LLC is organized.

Changes

We may update these terms. Any update shows as a new date above, and using our games after that means you accept it.
