Five Lazy LLC ("Five Lazy," "we," "us") makes games for Apple platforms. We built them to respect your privacy by collecting as little as possible — which, for our games, is nothing at all.

The short version

Our games do not collect your personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics or tracking, and nothing about your gameplay is sent to us. What you do stays on your device.

Information we collect

None. Our games run entirely on your device. Your progress, settings, and saves are stored only in the app's local storage on your device and are never transmitted to us or to anyone else. We do not collect your name, email, contacts, location, or device identifiers, and we operate no servers that receive your data.

Apple Game Center (optional)

If you choose to sign in to Apple Game Center, features such as leaderboards and achievements are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy, using your Game Center account — not by us. This is entirely optional, the game is fully playable without it, and we never receive your Game Center identity.

Purchases

If a game offers optional paid content, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We receive confirmation that a purchase was made, but never your name, payment card, or billing details.

Advertising and analytics

We don't use any. No ad networks, no ad tracking, and no third-party analytics or profiling SDKs. We do not sell or share personal information — we have none to sell.

Children

Because our games collect no personal information from anyone, they collect none from children.

Changes to this policy

If we ever release a game or feature that changes how information is handled — for example, downloadable community content delivered over the network — we will update this policy and the "Last updated" date above before that feature ships.
