Five Lazy LLC makes games for Apple platforms. We collect anonymous data about how our games get played, and we use it only to fix bugs and balance the games. We don't collect anything that identifies you.
What we collect
Anonymous gameplay and usage data, and nothing else. That's things like:
- gameplay and mechanics: which units and abilities get used, wins and losses, how long a run takes, where people quit
- in-app navigation: which screens you open and the path you take, so we can catch UX bugs
- crash and error reports
We use this to find balance problems and UX bugs and patch them. That's the only thing we use it for.
What we don't collect
Anything that identifies you. No name, email, account, contacts, precise location, or advertising identifiers. The data isn't tied to you or your device, and we can't trace it back to a person.
No tracking, no ads
We don't track you across other apps or websites. We don't run ads. We don't sell or share your data. This is first-party data, used only on our own games.
Your choice
You can turn anonymous data collection on or off in the game's settings.
Apple Game Center
If you sign in to Apple Game Center, your leaderboard scores and achievements are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. That's your choice, and the game works fine without it.
Purchases
If a game sells optional content, Apple handles the purchase through the App Store. We're told a purchase happened. We never see your name, card, or billing details.
Children
The data we collect is anonymous, so we collect no personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and the date above before it ships.
